Suite Rates:

£75 - £95 per suite per night based on 2 sharing on a B&B basis.(suite1-4)

£80 - £100 per suite per night based on 2 sharing on a B&B basis.(suite 5)

£55 - £70 per suite per night single occupancy on a B&B basis.

£15 per child per night up to 14 years old sharing family suite with 2 Adults on a B&B basis.

£25 - £35 per person per night extra adult (15 years old +) sharing family suite with 2 Adults on a B&B basis.

Garden Suite Rates:

£85 - £115 per suite per night based on 2 sharing on a B&B basis.

We have a minimum of 2 nights stay, however in the event of a one night becoming available there will be an additional £5.00 supplement to the rates above.

Booking Conditions:

A non refundable deposit is required to secure suite to be received no later than 7 days prior to arrival date after which we reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-let the suite. (Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will be subject to individual arrangement)

Arrival after 4.30pm, Departure by 11.00am. (unless by prior arrangement).

All suites strictly no smoking, smoking in garden no problem.

No pets.

Well behaved children only.

Snooker subject to availability, adults & supervised children only.

Payment Cash/Cheque only, no facility for cards at present.

Cavers are welcome to visit the cave but must adhere to guidelines set out by the South Wales Caving Club who kindly look after this rare and unique Cave. Experience in caving is a must unless as part of a group, this is not an easy cave to negotiate. All cavers must have insurance which can if needed be arranged via the SWCC.

Cancellation Policy:

Full payment is required if booking is cancelled within 2 days of arrival date.

If after arrival for any reason you require an earlier departure day all nights booked must be paid for in full.(If however we are able to re-let the suite we will refund this charge).

From the West

Leave the M4 at junction 47 at roundabout take the second exit A483 signposted Swansea,at the next roundabout take the second exit A484 Llanelli. At the next roundabout go straight ahead,at the next roundabout take the first exit left B4296 Gowerton pass under low bridge. At traffic lights turn right,follow this road for 7 miles signposted for Llanrhidian.At Esso garage turn sharp left,you are now on the B4271 heading toward Swansea. Stay on this road for 2 miles, Llethryd Barns is on your right, turn between two stone pillars into Llethryd Barns.

From the East

Exit M4 junction 42 onto A483 signposted Swansea.continue on this road (Dual carriagway) until you approach Swansea docks (Toys R Us) the road numbers change at this point but continue straight ahead along the sea front toward Singleton Hospital. Turn right ontothe A4216 signposted Carmarthen, Pass Hospital on your right hand side. Continue to roundabout take the second exit continue straight until you approach tee junction Turnleft at tee junction onto the B4118 continue for 3 miles then take the right hand fork onto the B4271 signposted Llanrhidian for 3.5 miles then over a small bridge, pass Llethryd Farm on your left continue for 130yards turn between two stone pillars on left into Llethryd Barns.
